Yoga in 15 Minutes: The Rich Tola Way

In NYC and LA Rich has worked in feature films, short films, prime time television, reality television, commercials, infomercials, print modeling and academic theatre. He received his undergraduate degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from The Kellogg School at Northwestern University. He worked on Wall Street, founded an Internet company and is an award-winning Historic Landmark real estate developer who specialized in community redevelopment in low-income neighborhoods.

He is a certified yoga teach (200-hours) and a Yoga Alliance member. He also has advanced training in yoga therapeutics, and has taught more than 15,000 students in his first three years, becoming one of LA's most popular Vinyasa-style teachers.

Rich's nonprofit organization, The Boulevard Zen Foundation Inc., was founded upon completion of his film Boulevard Zen. The foundation provides yoga classes, lifestyle education to survivors of domestic violence - especially for the children
